3 C flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Beat the eggs well. Gradually add sugar, oil, and vanilla to eggs. Blend egg mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini.
Pour into two
8"x4" loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in
pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely (if you don't
start slicing and eating them first!).
