Broccoli Salad

5 cups broccoli florets (blanched)
1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced into rings)
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 cup light or nonfat mayonnaise

Mix the broccoli, onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate for several hours so that the flavors mingle.
